If I select Scrolling Window, it seems to scroll OK but the Capture in Editor is still just the top of the webpage.

If I select Image (my usual choice), I have 7 choices under "Selection" in the middle of the Capture window: Region (my usual choice), Window, Full Screen, Scrolling Window, Panoramic, Grab Text, and Advanced. In the Capture window, I have 3 choices on the left: All-in-One, Image, and Video.

On my PC, I don't have a "Webpage" option. Thanks, Sacto! I'm encouraged that at least it works for someone. Update: I upgraded to Snagit v 2021.4.4: same results. I'm using Windows 10 Pro, latest Chrome v. I will try some of the suggestions like Panorama but don't expect it to work either. How is a scrolling capture supposed to be saved by Snagit? Is it something like 10 separate JPEGs, one for each part of the scrolled webpage? Or is it saved as a video? Or a 10-page PDF? I searched help for "print scrolling capture" but get no hits. I thought I must be missing a step or two, but I see others having similar issues. When I print, it just prints that one page. I click on the pulsing down arrow, the page seems to automatically scroll as it should, and the capture shows up in the editor as a single image/page (the top of the webpage). Now I need it for a single webpage that would print about 10 pages long.

I have never had much (any?) luck with a scrolling capture.
